Transforming you who want to be.

In readdressing this topic transforming who we want to be, I am wishing to share about caring for the soul. Soul care touches subjects such as hopelessness and loss. It seems to me that matters of the human mind and spirit contribute equally to the idea of health and to health itself. Is health about finding peace of mind in an imperfect, ambiguous world? How might we focus on the expectation of health  for our future good? It seems to me that gratitude and reconciliation can support the possibility of wholeness.

My personal journey of experiencing an ending of a marital relationship after 26 years and having 3 children who were witness to this ending and sadness was life changing. There is much to learn about being grateful for all the good things that life has to offer. Being grateful for what one has right now in the present moment, and experiencing it in a harmonious way, and reconciling oneself to the relationship of learning further about oneself and growing through all the traumas and grief of natural endings.

My life has been testimony to the possibility of joy out of sadness, optimism out of hopelessness, healing from pain and hurt. Gratitude just fills my heart.
